Dancing Goats Farm is an artisanal creamery in Southern Alberta offering quality cheeses, founded by Craig and Paul. After successful ballet careers, they created the farm to realize their other passions: animals and local food.
As farmstead cheese makers, their recipes start with the ethical care of their goats, raised on natural pastures.
They make all their cheeses in small batches. This hand-on approach is found throughout the process. It is a quality you can taste.
