An average of $45 worth of produce per week. Early in the season there may be 8-10 items in the box, by mid-July there could be 10-12, and certainly by September the box size will average 12-15 items per week. The total value is averaged over the course of the 16 week CSA program.
We grow a wide range of vegetables including arugula, spinach, kale, chard, choy, cabbages, carrots, beets, potatoes, onions, garlic, peas, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, romanesco broccoli, fennel, celery, etc. Culinary herbs & edible flowers are also included. All of our vegetables are certified biodynamic through Demeter Canada and certified organic through Ecocert.
