We raise all of the pigs here on our farm from birth. They live in large outdoor runs, free to root and dig, from Winter to Spring and have access to fresh pasture in Summer and Fall. Our hogs are fed a diet of barley, rye, alfalfa and 'reject' organic produce. They are processed in a provincially inspected facility in Strathmore AB.
